Rules for returning and exchanging goods
Exchange of goods of good quality within 14 days is possible if:
there is a cash receipt (invoice) for the purchase of goods;
has not been used and has no signs of use: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions, and for goods in disposable (blister) packaging - if the packaging has not been opened;
The product is not included in the list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged, according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (as amended) http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94 -%D0%BF , namely:
Food products, medicines and products,
sanitary items.
Non-food products:
photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper
corsetry goods
perfumery and cosmetic products
feather and down products
children's toys soft
children's toys rubber inflatable
toothbrushes
mouthpieces
shaving machines
shaving brushes
combs, combs and massage brushes
mutes (for wind musical instruments)
violin chin
gloves
fabrics
tulle curtains and lace fabrics
carpet products by the meter
underwear
bed sheets
hosiery
products in aerosol packaging
printed publications
linear and sheet metal products, pipe products,
lumber, molded (plinth, platband), slab
materials (fibreboards and particle boards,
plywood) and glass, cut or cut to size,
determined by the buyer (customer)
audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading systems
recording
products made from natural and artificial hair (wigs)
products for newborns (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles
things like that)
tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, files, etc.)
jewelry made of precious metals, precious
stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and
semi-precious stones
Regarding the return (exchange) of goods sent by the Nova Poshta service, please write to info@aromasoap.com.ua, indicating the list of goods, the reason for the return, as well as photo and/or video evidence of a possible defect or malfunction.
Exchange and return of goods is possible at the address: Kiev, S. Bandera Ave. 8/16, Aromasoap store, tel. 0937914582. If the client is from another city, then the exchange or return of the goods of proper quality is carried out by the Nova Poshta transport service at the client’s expense. Provided that the product is of poor quality: defective, or malfunctioning, exchange or return by the Nova Poshta transport service is at the expense of the store.
If the buyer is not in Ukraine, only a refund is possible.
