Public offer agreement

     General provisions

     1.1. This offer, in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, is an official proposal of the individual entrepreneur Halkina S.I., hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude an Agreement for the sale and purchase of goods remotely, that is, through an online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" ", and places the Public Offer (offer) on the official website of the Seller www.aromasoap.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet site").
     1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the Seller’s offer (acceptance) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods is considered to be the fact of payment by the Buyer of the order under the terms of this Agreement, within the terms and at the prices indicated on the Seller’s website.

Concepts and definitions

     2.1. In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:
         “product” - models, accessories, components and accompanying items;
         “Online store” is the Seller’s website created for concluding retail and wholesale purchase and sale agreements based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of the Product offered by the Seller in photographs, using the Internet, which excludes the possibility of the Buyer directly familiarizing himself with the Product, that is, a remote method of sale Product.
         “Seller” is a company that sells goods presented on the Internet site.
         “Buyer” is an individual who has entered into an Agreement with the Seller on the terms and conditions set out below.
         “Order” - selection of individual items from the list of goods specified by the Buyer when placing an order and making payment using a payment card.

Subject of the Agreement

     3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
     This Agreement governs the purchase and sale of goods in the Online Store, including:
         voluntary selection by the Buyer of goods in the online store;
         the Buyer independently placing an order in the online store;
         payment by the Buyer for an order placed in the online store;
         processing and delivery of the order to the Buyer's property under the terms of this Agreement.

Ordering procedure

     4.1. The buyer independently places an order in the online store through the “cart form”, or by placing an order by email, or by calling the phone number specified in the contact section of the online store.
     4.2. The ordering period is up to 2 working days from the date of registration of the application. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the formation period begins on the first working day after the weekend.

Order payment procedure

     5.1. The Buyer pays for the Order using the service - Online payment Liqpay.
     5.2. After making the payment and receiving a positive response (confirmation) about payment from the Bank's server, a page with the Order number, date and time of delivery is displayed on the screen.

Duration, cost and terms of delivery of the order

6.1. Delivery of the order is carried out by the Seller and the transport company within the period specified in the Order (agreed) with the Buyer after actual payment for the goods.

6.2. If it is impossible for the Buyer to receive the goods on the agreed date and time, a new delivery date is agreed upon with the Buyer one-time by telephone, provided that the new delivery date cannot be later than 2 days from the first delivery.

6.3. If the Buyer fails to receive the goods again, for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the order is canceled and must be re-issued on the Seller’s website. In this case, 100% prepayment made by the Buyer is returned under the conditions specified in clause 9.7. actual agreement.

Rights and obligations of the parties

     7.1. The seller is obliged:
         comply with the terms of this Agreement;
         fulfill orders of the Buyer in case of payment from the latter;
         transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the sample chosen in the online store, the order placed and the terms of this agreement.
         check the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the product during its packaging at the Seller’s warehouse.
     7.2. The seller has the right:
         unilaterally suspend the provision of services under this agreement in the event of a violation by the Buyer of the terms of this agreement.
     7.3. The buyer is obliged:
         pay in a timely manner and receive the order under the terms of this agreement.
     7.4. The buyer has the right:
     place an order in the online store;
     demand from the Seller fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement.

Responsibility of the parties

     8.1. The parties are responsible for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the terms of this agreement in the manner provided for by this agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
     8.2. The seller is not responsible for:
         the appearance of the Goods changed by the manufacturer;
         for a slight discrepancy in the color scheme of the goods, that m
