Cosmetic properties of oat germ oil:
Oat germ oil nourishes the hair follicles, which reduces hair loss and strengthens the strands. Vitamins and minerals add shine and silkiness to hair. Under the influence of oil, the hair becomes elastic and obedient. Oatmeal oil affects the functioning of the sebaceous glands, thereby accelerating the disappearance of dandruff and seborrhea.
