This is a complex of low-molecular substances that is part of the natural composition of the acid mantle of the stratum corneum and performs moisturizing and protective functions, maintaining the elasticity, smoothness and healthy appearance of the skin.

NUF enhances not only local immunity, but also prevents the entry of exogenous toxins and xenobiotics into the blood. Maintaining the required pH and hydration promotes the correct functioning of epidermal enzymes, which is key for the normal functioning of the skin.

In a healthy state, the stratum corneum contains up to 30% of NUF components in terms of dry matter, most of which are synthesized from filaggrin protein during the growth and differentiation of keratinocytes.

The approximate composition of natural NUF is as follows:

amino acids and peptides 40% ions (chlorine, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphates) 18.5% pyrrolidone-carboxylic acid (Na-PCA) 12% lactates 12% sugar 8.5% urea 7% nitrogenous metabolites: ammonia, uric acid, glucosamine, creatine 1.5% citrates and formates 0.5%

Introduce at temperatures up to 40C (cold process or cooling stage).

Before using Pantrofina NMF, a patch test should be performed on the inside of the elbow to exclude a possible allergic reaction to any of the components of the complex.
