Coconut oil RDO (butter)
Refined coconut oil is extracted from the hard part of the nut by pressing after pre-drying. It is a homogeneous white substance, which is odorless. It contains 8.7% iodine and 0.03% moisture in 100 grams, its resistance to oxidation is 0.4 mmol, and the percentage of free fatty acids in the composition is 0.02 percent. Its melting point index is 23.7, and the percentage of solid triglycerides ranges from 36.1% to 1.2%, depending on temperature.
