Rules for using a gift certificate:

A gift certificate entitles its bearer to purchase any product in the aromasoap.com.ua store at a discount or fully refunding the cost current at the time of purchase. If the purchase price exceeds the face value of the certificate, the buyer must pay the difference. When paying for an order using a certificate, be sure to indicate this when placing an order and notify the manager when confirming the order (indicate the card code hidden by the protective tape). If the price of the product is less than the face value of the certificate, the store does not return the difference to its owner. When returning a product purchased using a certificate, the online store issues a new certificate of the same value. The certificate cannot be used to receive cash. Keep the receipt for purchasing the certificate to confirm the value of the certificate in case of damage or other controversial situations.

What a gift certificate is is a plastic card on which the denomination, rules of use, a security strip with a code (which must be specified when using the certificate), a serial number, and a barcode are indicated. The certificate is accompanied by a blue or pink envelope.

The certificate is sent by the following services: Courier in Kiev, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or self-pickup from the point of issue. The cost of delivery of a gift certificate will be according to the conditions specified in the Delivery and Payment section. The cost of delivering the goods to the owner of the certificate will be according to the conditions specified in the Delivery and Payment section (we give an example: the order amount is 1 thousand UAH and you pay with a certificate with a face value of 1000 UAH, i.e., payment will be 0 UAH - you pay for delivery; order amount 2 thousand UAH and you pay with a certificate with a face value of 1000 UAH, i.e., there will be 1000 UAH payable - the online store pays for delivery, since the total amount payable allows you to take advantage of free delivery).
