Body Butter Base
Body Butter Base is made with sunflower oil, shea butter and cocoa butter. This body foundation is rich in oils and has a creamy texture. Simply heat and add additional ingredients such as color and fragrance to create a range of premium hydrating body bases. This foundation has amazing properties, leaving the skin soft and smooth.

Add the required amount of Body Butter Base to a suitable container.
Stirring constantly, heat the product to 55 - 60 ° C. To ensure that the product remains homogeneous, ensure that the base is thoroughly mixed every minute.
With continuous stirring, add flavor or essential oil, base oil, extract to the product. It is recommended to add no more than 2% flavoring/extract to the product.
Note. For larger production volumes, the processing process must be increased accordingly. It is necessary to pay special attention to mixing equipment and select appropriate filling equipment.

Continue stirring the product until it cools to 50 – 55 ° C. Fill it into the required container. It is recommended to use opaque containers as the product may darken due to its natural ingredients when exposed to direct sunlight. The product should remain open and without a lid until it has completely cooled to ambient temperature.
Take a sample of the product for microbiological testing both before and after filling it into the container.

Like all water-based personal care products, Body Butter Base is susceptible to microbial contamination, even if it has passed all required microbiological resistance tests. Therefore, when producing this type of product, it is necessary to carefully observe sanitary, hygienic and production standards.
