Soap base jelly Crystal JS
Crystal JS jelly soap base, produced in England, is a fundamentally different base in composition and appearance for the same unusual soap. Already from the name it is clear that the base is jelly-like and its structure is indeed very close to jelly. However, you should not be afraid to work with it; soap from a glycerin jelly base is prepared according to the same “melt and pour” principle, and you can use the same additives in the form of dyes and flavors.
The base contains: 25-50% glycerin, 25-50% water, 5 – 10% laureate sodium sulfate and other components. Note that the base does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate, but is replaced by the more loyal sodium lauryl sulfate.
There are a lot of ideas for pouring soap from the Crystal JS base, and all of them allow you to get unusual soap in bright glossy colors.
When working, do not allow the base to overheat and avoid the appearance of air bubbles. Add all the accompanying ingredients to the heated base and place in the molds. Jelly soap has a pleasant texture to the touch, foams well, softens (pH: 6.5-7.5), and is pleasing to the eye.
