The non-contact infrared type pyrometer is designed for measuring the temperature of hard-to-reach or hazardous surfaces.
Pointing the thermometer at an object is facilitated by the use of a red laser pointer.
Temperature can be displayed in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
