Emulpharma 1000

Emulpharma 1000/Olivem 1000/Emulpharma 1000 (Glyceryl stearate, Cetearyl glucoside, Cetearyl alcohol, Sorbitan stearate), made on the basis of olive oil, and related to non-ionic emulsifiers. Does not contain solvents, ethylene oxide, chemical impurities and dioxane.

Appearance: hard, waxy substance, with a characteristic odor, and ivory color.

pH (5% in water): 7.18

Dispersible: in hot water.

Purpose of Emulfarm 1000 for cosmetics:

Emulfarma 1000 is a lamenar emulsifier with a lamellar structure. This natural component is similar to the lipids of the upper layer of the skin, which allows it to sink deeply and cling to the stratum corneum. Thanks to this property, the skin is nourished from the inside.

Cosmetics using Olivem 1000 are silky, light and airy. When the emulsifier interacts with water, an “oil in water” system is formed, which does not require an additional co-emulsifier and stabilizer.

The generally accepted input percentage is from 1.0 to 5.0%:

lotions or milk – 3-4% cream 4-6 %

Emulpharma 1000 is introduced at a temperature of 70 0C into the aqueous phase. To maintain a stable emulsion, maintain pH>5
