Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract Glycolic

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, sodium benzoate.
Appearance: greenish liquid
Active substances: flavonoids - ginkgetin, narcissin, myricetin, quercetin, rutin, terpenoids (gincolides, bilobalides), carboxylic acids, chlorophyll.
Solubility: in water, glycerin.

Ginkgo biloba is a well-known nootropic plant traditionally used in Chinese medicine along with ginseng. As a dietary supplement, it is widely used to correct neuropsychiatric disorders. Due to its high amount of flavonoids, it acts as an anti-aging additive in cosmetics.

Main actions of the extract:

- antioxidant (protects cell mitochondria from oxidative stress);
- strengthens capillaries, restores their elasticity, improves microcirculation;
- enhances hair growth;
- smoothes wrinkles, evens out facial tone, reduces TEWL (transepidermal water loss).
