Peppermint is a combination of two other plant species: mint aqutica (water mint) and mint spicata (spearmint).

Peppermint essential oil is combined with oils such as: lavender, tangerine, pine, cypress, cedar, rosemary.

0.5% - 2% in cosmetics;
up to 3% in medicinal.
Dosage in drops (approximate):

2-3k/15ml massage oil;
3-5k for a bath (we use an emulsifier);
3-5k for aroma lamp;
up to 5k/500ml water for compresses;
5-6k/10ml rubbing oil;
1k/50ml of water for rinsing the mouth;
up to 5k/10g of cosmetic product for enrichment.
Features: Peppermint essential oil is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Cannot be used for children's products. It is believed that it is not advisable to use mint essential oil before going to bed. Although if, on the contrary, you want to drive away sleep and wake up, feel free to use mint.
