Massage: 3-7 k. per 15 g of transport oil.
Enrichment of cosmetics: 1-5 tbsp of oil per 20 g. facilities
Aroma medallions: 1-2 k. Safety precautions: individual intolerance. Do not use throughout pregnancy, or for children under 7 years of age. Do not combine with homeopathic medicines, because mint essential oil, which is part of the composition, cancels their effect. Photosensitivity is possible; do not apply to the skin less than an hour before sunbathing. People allergic to citrus fruits should use this essential oil with caution.
