Application of an alginate mask with a tonic effect:

To prepare the mask, you will need glass or plastic dishes, a non-metallic spatula, 30 grams of French mask powder and 90 ml of water. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, get rid of all lumps. Take a comfortable position and apply the film mask in an even ball onto your face or chest (increase the proportion if necessary). Movements must begin from top to bottom. Relax with a mask for 15-20 minutes, listen to relaxing music and just dream. Remove the film mask carefully, lifting it at the edges. Wash with warm water and wipe with a dry, clean towel.
