Complex against stretch marks (striae)
Complex against stretch marks (striae)
Composition of the complex: water, glycerin, beta-glucan, extracts of ginkgo biloba, camellia sinensis, grapefruit, blueberry shoots, pine bark, sodium benzoate.
Solubility: in water, alcohols.
Striae are areas of skin atrophy in places of greatest stretching; they arise as a result of microtraumas of the dermis and subcutaneous fat. They often occur in people who quickly gain weight due to hormonal changes (pregnant women, athletes, teenagers, with some diseases). The cause of striae may be a genetic predisposition, a condition in which the ability to synthesize collagen and elastin is reduced, but with preserved activity of metalloproteinase enzymes that destroy these proteins.
Stretch marks that have formed recently have a bright pink-bluish color (young, up to 6 months), then during the process of scar formation they turn white.
In the early stages of stretch marks, they can be corrected with external cosmetics.
The proposed complex against stretch marks is used both as a supplement for the treatment of stretch marks and for prevention purposes.
Main action:
- improves trophism and microcirculation in tissues;
- tightens the skin;
- has an anti-inflammatory effect;
- strengthens capillaries;
- serves as a source of vitamins, micro- and macroelements;
- relieves swelling.
Dosages:
- in leave-in products containing gels, creams, lotions of the appropriate type - 1-5%
- in wash-off products – shower gels, scrubs, balms – 5-15%
The anti-stretch mark complex can be used as part of body wraps, together with the anti-cellulite complex.
It is introduced into the aqueous phase during the cooling stage.
